Institutions may use the platform to manage workflows such as:

- Attendance
- Assignments and submissions

- Marks and results
- Timetables
- Announcements and notifications
- Academic communication
- Institution management
- Classes, sections, and campuses
Users must use the platform only for legitimate educational and administrative activities.
3. Institution Access and Agreement
Institutions may use Nisaab360 only after an official agreement, approval, or permission from the project owner.
Access may depend on:
- Setup requirements
- Pricing and payment terms
- Institution size
- Number of students or users
- Number of campuses
- Support requirements
- Required features
- Customization needs
- Terms agreed upon with the institution
Nisaab360 may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:
- The platform is used without permission.
- The platform is used outside the agreed purpose.
- The agreed terms are violated.
- The platform is used in a way that harms the system, data, or other users.
- Unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected.
4. User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for keeping their login details and accounts secure.
You agree to:
- Keep your password private.
- Avoid sharing your account with others.
- Use only the account assigned or authorized for you.
- Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to your institution or platform support.
- Keep your profile and contact information accurate where required.
- Take reasonable steps to protect the device used to access the platform.
Nisaab360 is not responsible for misuse caused by:
- Shared passwords
- Weak passwords
- Poor device security
- Unauthorized account sharing
- Failure to secure login credentials
- Access provided voluntarily to another person
5. Roles and Responsibilities
Different users may have different levels of access depending on their assigned roles and permissions.
Users must not:
- Access data that does not belong to them.
- Edit information without authorization.
- Attempt to view restricted information.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Academic and Institution Data
Academic and institution data entered into Nisaab360 is managed by the institution.
The institution is responsible for the accuracy and proper use of records such as:
- Student profiles
- Staff and teacher records
- Attendance
- Marks and results
- Classes and sections
- Campus information
- Assignments and submissions
- Tests and examinations
- Timetables
- Announcements
- Other academic or administrative records
Students, parents, staff members, or other users who need corrections or changes to academic records should contact their institution administration.
Nisaab360 provides the digital tools used to manage such information but does not independently verify every academic or administrative record entered by an institution or its authorized users.
8. Intellectual Property
Nisaab360, including its design, features, workflows, branding, software, structure, code, content, and related materials, is private property.
All rights belong to the project owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No institution, user, or third party may, without written permission:
- Copy the platform.
- Resell the platform.
- Reproduce its protected materials.
- Modify or create unauthorized versions of the platform.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Redistribute the platform or its software.
- Commercially use the platform outside the agreed terms.
- Copy or misuse the Nisaab360 name, branding, design, or proprietary materials.
9. Subscriptions, Setup, and Payments
Use of Nisaab360 may involve:
- Setup fees
- Monthly plans
- Annual plans
- Customization charges
- Support charges
- Maintenance charges
- Other agreed payments or service fees
Pricing and access may depend on:
- Institution size
- Number of students
- Number of users
- Number of campuses
- Required setup
- Support level
- Customization needs
- Selected features
- Agreement terms
Failure to pay agreed fees may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Limitation of features or services
- Restriction of accounts
- Termination of access
Specific pricing, payment schedules, and service terms may be defined separately in the agreement with each institution.
10. Availability and Updates
We aim to keep Nisaab360 reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The platform may be:

- Improved
- Modified
- Temporarily restricted
- Temporarily unavailable
This may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues
- Hosting or infrastructure problems
- Security requirements
- Software updates
- Third-party service interruptions
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Features may also be added, changed, improved, replaced, or removed as the platform develops.
11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Nisaab360, its owner, developer, team, or service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including:

- Interruption of service
- Academic disputes
- Incorrect information entered by users or institutions
- Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence
- Damages caused by misuse of the platform
- Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability
Institutions are responsible for:
- Verifying important academic and administrative records.
- Ensuring that authorized users enter accurate information.
- Maintaining their own operational processes where necessary.
- Keeping appropriate copies or backups of critical information where required by their own policies or applicable requirements.
12. Suspension or Termination
Access to Nisaab360 may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if:
- The platform is used without approval or agreement.
- Payment terms are not followed.
- A user or institution violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Security risks or misuse are detected.
- Institution data or platform integrity is at risk.
- Unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected.
- The platform is used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Continued access is no longer permitted by the project owner.
Where appropriate, access may be restored after the relevant issue has been resolved and any applicable agreement requirements have been met.
